High Temperature ACFM probe Launch

A new design of ACFM probe capable of inspecting surfaces up to 500oC has been developed for a major oil company. The probe was designed to inspect weldolets where the existing right angle pencil probe led to problems for the operator. The new probe keeps the operators hand and probe cable further away from the surface on this geometry, as well as including a facility for forced air cooling to give longer contact times.
